My name is Daniel and I am going to be blogging about my experience with the Power 90 Home Boot Camp work out home DVDs. About me, you really want to know. I am a 6 foot tall guy who weights 270lbs. Needless to say I could stand to loose a bit of weight. When I was in High School I weighed 180lbs. I would really like to get back to that. In all honestly my weight doesn't bother me. But my budda belly does.
For the next 90 days I will be blogging about how my workouts went and what I ate for that day. Every week I will have a weigh in to see how well or not so well I am doing. Today I got my DVDs opened the box and was really excited. I got the DVDs and they came with a free 20lb resistance band.
I read the program guide and was shocked that I will be working out ever day about 30 min a day for 6 days. Ok its really not that hard to do. So I finished watching what I was doing and decided to start my work out. I started with the Sculpt 1-2 circut.
WOW is all I can say really. So you start off with a 5 min stretching which felt really good actually. Great idea I am thinking. Well after the stretching you go into various exercises. I dont want to give too much away after all it is still a business. If you want to know the exact exercises get the DVDs. They really are not all that expensive.
Through out the circut Tony explains that you need to take things slow at first which is a really good thing. Even though it was only 20lbs it still kicked my butt. I got through the workout and felt like I was dying. It was really hard and I didn't really even push it very hard because the program guide said to take the first week slowly.
Tomorrow is the Sweat circut which is cardio and I am really excited to get into this program. For dinner I had a chargrilled chicken sandwitch with lettuce and tomato and a cup of chili.
